Solen Energy UK and Jiangsu VDS added compliant kits; Sigenergy’s two entries and one other were removed. The register now holds 122 compliant kits from 27 suppliers.

October price cap and plug-in solar savings
The electricity unit rate rises to 26.32p/kWh from 1 October and the standing charge falls to 54.83p a day. A plug-in system offsets only the unit rate, so savings still depend on self-consumption.

SI 2026/848 came into force on 27 August 2026 and Ofgem has approved the G98 changes. Compliant kits listed on the ENA Type Test Register can now be used in England, Scotland and Wales.
